There were a few things Tess loved about the newest century, one being the wonder of laptops. They made her writing so much easier, and she could work pretty much anywhere she liked. Currently, she was working on a draft, trying to make sense of the rambling words that she'd poured on the page the previous night. it had been a rushed memory, and she'd put it down, afraid it might slip her grasps, but now it needed a bit of elaborating. She was sitting in the quietest corner of the coffee shop, nibbling on a bagel, her mind completely engrossed in what she was doing, so when someone placed a cup of coffee on her table, she looked up, surprised she hadn't heard them approach. "Uh, hello," she greeted, curious and a bit confused.
"Hey man!"
Oliver flopped down on the couch beside Aedan and grinned. "You have a drink yet? Or you need a refill? I'm Oliver. What's your name, man?"
Magical Night
After the events of dealing with the alphas, something inside Stiles was making him feel a slight change for him. He could feel a spark inside him that wanted to get out. So when he explored it, and finally let it out, the boy couldn't believe what had happened. Magic. He had magic. And he was a witch and he had no idea how he could do it all, but there it was. He was a supernatural and as cool as being able to create fire, and water out of thin air, he didn't know how to control it.
So of course he found himself in the lake, in the middle of the forest preserve and he practiced his magic. Making water hover and shoot them out into the distance. "God, this is so cool."
