"Managing student life is quite challenging, but it's important to make time for the things you love and stay healthy. Luckily for me, I found my passion in fitness. About two years ago, I was training for a fitness competition, but was unexpectedly injured before I fully could start preparation. The injury took a toll on my physical and mental health, but I decided to find another way into fitness which was yoga. Yoga is amazing because it allows me to grow in my fitness journey as well as health in general.
