one of his foster families had a cat named sir that would attack his feet if they ever poked out from under his blanket off the edge of the bed at night. he keeps his feet covered and sock'd as a result

scrambled eggs are a comfort food. his favourite foster mother would always make him whatever he wanted when he was upset, and he always wanted scrambled eggs. (with cheese.) (this is sort-of like a mental state, food, and childhood headcanon all rolled into one. lucky you!)
