Greenroofs don’t have to be huge and expensive in order to help provide a useful habitat and additional food source for pollinators. Greening the lid of a compost bin or shed creates much needed additional green space. Greenroofs help improve air quality, help prevent the urban heat island effect, and are brilliant for wildlife!
