it was no surprise that maisie was trying to handle literally everything on her own. she was walking down the sidewalk after checking up on her ice cream shop with francesca strapped to her chest and books of paper work in her arms. she had no idea how she was even going to get any it done between everything else but she was trying not to worry about it and instead, enjoy motherhood. she had finally decided to talk a break on her walk home and set the books down on a table outside of a restaurant and sat down, a puff of air leaving her lips as she looked down at her daughter. “you just sleep through everything, hm?” she teased softly and then looked up as she heard a familiar voice. “chris! hi. you haven’t see her yet have you? this,” she motioned, “is baby francesca.”
