I forgot two crucial ingredients to my soup but I’m being so brave about it
i think i have too many bitter taste receptors and it ruins so much tasting for me :( i wish i could do alcohol and coffee tasting but my first instinct when whiskey or espresso hits my tongue is to gag and i feel like i dont get the really subtle flavors i should because they’re all overwhelmed
is there any solution for this or do i just need to train to power through. will more exposure eventually dull the bitterness. is this forever
