what's your summary from my hot new fake fic "you, me, and the universe next door"?

There were a few things that the Doctor knew for sure. Fixed points in history and facts that could never ever be changed. Chief among them: There’s only one Gallifrey in the multiverse - only one Doctor.
So after a rough landing on bazaar planet, after Mars he doesn’t expect to see her. To see Rose. Because Rose was gone. Forever. Only she’s not. She’s here and alive and... holding a familiar hand. One belonging to another woman he’d thought gone forever.
They were both... alive. And holding hands and surrounded by suspiciously blonde children. On an alien planet. Which meant he must be here somewhere, two faces ago and before...
Could he really be blamed for wanting to stay and see one universe where things didn’t go wrong?
(Because why not make Ten experience even more pain during the run up to End of Time??? Also the problem with this is that it’s a GARBAGE summary, it’s too long and rambly but oh well.)
Or, if you want something more... theoretically... canon compliant:
The Doctor once said the walls between universes could never be breached. Then the stars start winking out. So Rose Tyler tests it. And finds that the universe is wider than she’d ever dreamed. Or, she thinks as she sees her own face looking back at her, that familiar blue box at her back, the multiverse is wider than she thought.
(... Basically my concept here is Rose jumps into a Dimension where the Doctor died and Rose is left traveling on her own.)
