No, I don't want to watch your kids while you're at home.
It's not because I'm bad at my job, or I'm secretly mean to your kids, or I don't like you, or any other BS like that.
It's because 9.99 kids out of 10 become little shits when both their parent(s) and their caregiver(s) are there. They're always showing off to one or the other, and they want to test their limits along with your sanity (although, admittedly, some kids still manage to be cute and/or sweet shits at this point). It's a mess. And if you think I'm doing something I shouldn't and I'm just using this argument as an excuse (seriously, I've been told this before) at the job I just had to quit (for nothing worse than a further xommute after the family moved), the family had cameras throughout the house and i was fine with that. With the horror stories you hear every day, I completely understand. Being observed at work is not the problem.
All that aside, I'm also really awkward with adults and kids aren't as bad yet, so please go away so I can hang out with less judgemental humans.
