Unpopular opinion maybe, but I’m in fandoms for positivity. I’m here bc I love a book or a character or a universe.
I understand and respect critiquing characters and books and authors. U want to have a discussion about representation in a book? U want to talk about how this character’s actions aren’t morally justifiable? Great. Go ahead.
But once u start attacking people for liking something: liking the author, liking a character, liking a canon ship (obv w the exception of abusive ones), then BYE
I’m here for positivity. If you’re out here giving CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, then FABULOUS. If you’re out here spreading hate, then bye. I’m blocking you so that I never have to see or think about you again.
