I've been focusing on strengthening my upper body, so working out more seriously is part of my routine. Btw, I still can't do a full push-up lol which is my goal - to get strong enough to do a stupid full push-up. (update: I just want to get buff now and build muscle)
I'm very aware of my age, I just don't feel like I'm 31 lol I have a (average!!) cute face, and I'm 1.55m or 5 feet and 1/2 an inch, so nobody ever takes me seriously. I kind of accepted it, or I just don't really care what people think anymore - more like try to, I am a work in progress. Unemployed 😉 👉 and living with my folks until this Summer!! (tmi, I know)
