Something that really helps and motivates me every single day like it actually works is setting myself lil reminders I know it might sound kind of silly but I just wanted to share. I have a reminder set of whenever I wake up and I read it every single day and I leave it on my lock screen so that if I ever feel like I need a lil extra umph I can always click on it and read it really quickly. Hope this helps for anyone in need. Shine on boo ✨

reminder of the three R’s that are super important

1.Retreat

2.Rejuvenate

3.Rejoice

It’s okay to take retreat and a step back once in a while in order to rejuvenate your soul and don’t forget to rejoice!! celebrate yourself and all of your victories regardless of how small they seem. love yourself and prioritize yourself

One of my mentors told me something that has stuck with me since the day he told me this. I️ usually go to that person whenever I️ feel like I️ need a little boost.

“the world is YOURS if YOU WANT it don’t forget that ”

Such a powerful quote because many of us get discouraged and fear that our dreams are unrealistic or unachieable and forget how fluid life really is. Reguardless if you feel as though the odds are against you if you want something bad enough and put in the effort for it anything truly is possible. There’s gonna be people in life that will question how realistic your dreams truly are.( i.e a proffersor that I️ once had that told my whole class that REALISTICALLY only 1% will actually make it into the profession that we want. But it’s not because of lack of intelligence or willingness which is what that professor was referring to. It’s the lack of encouragement and support. So for anyone that needs that lil extra support or encouragement I️ hope that you take this and use this to empower yourself and remind yourself that your hard work WILL pay off.

It’s cool to work hard for your goals. putting in the work to achieve your dreams is important but don’t forget to take the time to also enjoy life and the lil moments. Don’t forget to laugh and do things that you enjoy
