I tried to draw my Mc from @untitledrockstar-if Again and I liked this version a better.

I think Luka should look tired because he doesn't enjoy Roxxie lifestyle that much. He enjoy HER, the rest (drugs, loud parties, getting wasted, paparazzi) he started doing because he felt Roxxie wanted him to fo it. He took taste for some things (drugs, but funny enough he still hqtes alcohol because he thinks it tastes bad) but the rest he is still getting by. He frequently uses makeup to disguise the consequences of bad sleep because he is a very confident guy.

The rose and R.R is of course a homage for Roxxie. Of course not as obvious as HIS FUCKING FACE ON HER ARM (That he thought was batshit insane when she first showed it to him and a stupid decision) but anyone with 2 braincells knows is for her. And he definitely won't regret having that tattoo! Definitely not!

I think he will romance Roxxie (both "I stay" and the "break up" route) becsuse i am absolutely insane for her. But ???? Definitely is a close second, i HAVE to do the romance that will allow me to sing Tongues & Teeth.

Progress Update

First off, Happy Pride Month everyone!

After feedback from the testers (thanks guys!) seems like the index is working well and if there are bugs they're not the kind that make the game crash and burn.

Admittedly, they haven't read the whole thing because the chapter wasn't complete back when I sent them the private link (Mattea's spicy and romantic scenes were missing) so bugs may be ready to pounce at y'all but at least the index thing is in the clear.

Now, I just finished writing Chapter Two and editing is all that's left. For me that means making sure the stats are set as they should, adding emojis galore and that the current 44k words will probably increase because I often add things when I'm re-reading scenes. The point is I may be able to get the chapter out next weekend.

I have exams to prepare and papers to write so it all depends on how much time I have to spend on that which is, of course, my priority. This is also why asks have not been answered recently but I'll get to them as soon as the looming threat of academic failure has passed LOL

In any case, Chapter Two will be released this month for sure!

Hello! This is my 2nd time playing (I love it so much) and it's been awhile but the beast mode password isn't working on the Deepal Challenge Match PT 2. Am I doing something wrong?

Hiya! Bit of a spoiler/narrative design musings under the cut :)

While the first Deepal challenge match was 'impossible to beat', signaling the MC's limitations not just in skill but also in settling into the team/new environment of playing in college. They hit a glass ceiling, so to speak, because they just didn't feel ready.

The second Deepal challenge match, however, actually makes all the choices about belief rather than actual technical skill. If you look closely, none of them are gate-kept by skill checks.

This mirrors the first challenge match and tests to see how far MC has come since then, in terms of truly believing in themselves and having that mental strength/fire/desire to be the best—that they deserve the No. 3 spot—without which, they will never beat someone of Deepal (or Tobin, or Rayyan)'s calibre.

TLDR: When it comes to beating Deepal, who's a gritty, endurance-based player, that it's actually less about skill and more about resolve and how much MC wants it. The beast mode activation is a bit of a red herring, as I want players to come to the realization at the end that if they won, it's because they believed in it, and if they lost, it's because they weren't ready/still had doubts they haven't fully overcome (or didn't actually want it enough).

Hope that was interesting, and I certainly welcome any thoughts/feedback you might have!

Would you go back and write out Tobin's speech before the ESU match? It's only described, and then in the NCAO hotel scene Tobin mentions nervously rehearsing it over and over to get it right. Obviously it was fire, so come on Allie! Let us see the Captain Harris rizz (Harrizz?) in its full splendour 😁

HAHAH. Ooh. I do want to have Tobin give a full speech at some point—but potentially for a different occasion! It was definitely fire.
