Inspired by an ancient Chinese poem, the celebration of an encounter that leads to love. Morning's first light shimmers over azure waters that reach into fragrant orange groves. A tale that began long ago turns into love, a promise of enchantment is fulfilled.

Marina and Sebastián first met in Southern Italy, where orange groves flourish by the Mediterranean Sea and the air is warm with the promise of summer. Inspired by the name of an ancient Chinese poem, this fragrance is a celebration of their meeting and falling in love 140 years after their families crossed paths in Argentina.                      

Daphne says: "I was inspired by the Mediterranean summer, choosing the joyful freshness of mandarin, blended with the lively notes of Chinese green tea, in order to undeline the spontaneity of newborn love."

Tuberose in Blue (eau de parfum) Altaia

A stopover in balmy Rio de Janeiro during an Atlantic crossing from Argentina to Europe. On the Corcovado mountain, an old car gently ascends a narrow road through a swirl of cobalt-blue butterflies, the sweet scent of tuberose wafting in through the open windows.

In 1978 Sebastián sailed from Buenos Aires to Spain aboard a gracious 1940s steamer with his family. The three-week cruise included many a port of call, the first being Rio de Janeiro, where Sebastián took a trip up the Corcovado mountain, and discovered the unforgettable scent of Tuberose.

Atacama (eau de parfum) Altaia

True love waits: in South America lies Atacama, the highest desert on earth, a majestic extension of salt and sands which changes colour according to the seasons. Rain is scarce but it just takes a few drops to awaken the seeds which abide underground and turn it pink with flowers. A beautiful metaphor for Love patiently awaiting the kiss that kindles it.       

The inspiration for ATACAMA takes ALTAIA back to South America, where its story began 140 years ago. On the border between Argentina and Chile lies the most arid desert on earth. Rainfall is very scarce - some parts of Atacama haven't seen rain in over 500 years - but when a few drops fall, the whole desert floor comes alive with flowers.
