i know i've already told you this more than once but i love scrolling through your dean posts, it is just super super cathartic. i don't know why but the past couple days i got hit with a really deep wave of sadness over him so it's nice to have a place like your blog to go to for safe dean content 💖 and i just felt like sharing because i miss our boy and i know you do too
i've skirted around talking about this much and sort of do my best to ignore it instead, but honestly a significant and long-beating piece of my heart was snatched away between the ending of the show and then what happened that led to me having to detach from fandom almost entirely last year, and it has defiantly/depressingly (depends on the day) not come back. i don't know if it ever will, or if this is the more protected place where i have to exist now - the reason i say this in response to your incredibly sweet message (and i've probably told you this more than once!) is because you, and your doing this, is exactly what those posts are there for, and makes them feel meaningful, and makes me remember that it wasn't just words and sorrow and love overflowing into an empty void, that it mattered, even in some small way. i know those waves of sadness well, and if any posts i have can be cathartic to you or anyone else, then it's worth everything, and i'm so glad it all exists in this space and that you know you can always come here and feel that warmth and connection to him. thank you for telling me this and for wanting to scroll through those posts, it is very special to me and i always feel grateful to have dear people like you around, missing him and remembering him and loving him with me. 💗💗💗
