it’s REALLY nice to know that someone, like, outside myself sees my progress? Like, i’ve been working Real Hard to sharpen my skills, and i know that certain things are coming easier to me, but it’s real nice to know that other people can see it too? OH MAN OKAY! Only 5 though? That’s hard.Season 1 was pretty good though, so maybe just keep to that? Ish?
1) Remember that the teenagers are teenagers. Life has just been terrible, and they are allowed to have trauma.
2)YOU KNOW THE POLICE, SCOTT. THE POLICE IS PRETTY MUCH YOUR DAD. ACTUALLY CALL THE POLICE! Like when you see a guy cut in half in the woods. Or when your girlfriend’s dad pulls a gun on you.
3)Actually talk to the kids you turn before turning them, Derek. Don’t corner them when they are vulnerable. You of all people should know better.
4)Don’t bite freaking Jackson! So many things would be fixed. Lydia might actually have someone to turn to when things go shitty, for one.
5)Alison is living in a house with a murderer. Talk to her! Let her have a place she feels safe, instead of getting more alienated.
That is just what I would change about Season 2, but I feel like it would get it on a more functional path.

ok so there are three versions, which i will refer to as if they are tatterpig editions. 1e was a music album by anais mitchell and a bunch of folk musicians and also bon iver for some reason, it had a story but was not afaik intended as a musical. then at some point anais mitchell did turn it into a musical and it opened in some random theater, which is 2e. then it finally became a big broadway musical, which is 3e.
1e is unbeatable as an all round classic imo, 2e added a lot of new songs some of which i love and some of which i just dont care about. 3e like doubled it again and really made it a stage production rather than just music, which i would love to watch but do not love to hear. i dislike 3e hermes, like what 2e persephone did but not necessarily more than 1e, and orpheus really changes starting with 2e. i like 3e orpheus but every song he has is fucking interminable with dialogue so 2e is a good compromise
