“Alternative Breakfast food”
I need protein, and lots of it, I function best when my diet is high in protein. Now, I’m allergic to wheat, dairy, egg, soy, and strawberries. Stereotypical ‘breakfast food’ consists mostly of those things I'm allergic to, so usually I eat something ‘weird’ for breakfast, like leftovers or something.
People are like ‘oh thats weird’ so instead I’m rolling out a new ‘diet’ of ‘alternative breakfast food’ such as
-leftover stew -hamburger soup (10/10) -leftover stir fry
Pretty much anything you would eat for dinner you can eat as an alternative breakfast, and since it is protein filled and has carbs and vegetables and lots of good stuff it can get you going for a 5am shift and last you until you get off the floor for break around noon.
So opinionated people who think my food choices are weird, suck it because it will be the newest in diets and all that jazz. Embrace the Alternative Breakfast Foods! :p
