Un-Deviled Eggs are a tasty take on traditional deviled eggs. The filling is creamy, tangy, and not too spicy. These are great as an appetizer or snack for any event.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika for garnish. Chopped chives for garnish.
Instructions: Put the eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Once the water starts to boil, lower the heat and let it cook slowly for 9 to 12 minutes, or until the food is done the way you like it. Take the eggs out of the water and put them in a bowl of ice to cool down. Slowly peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise after they have cooled. Get the yolks out of the egg and put them in a bowl. Use a fork to mash the egg yolks, then add the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well. Use a spoon or a piping bag to add the yolk mixture to each half of an egg white. Sprinkle some paprika and chopped chives on top. Serve right away or put in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
