Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter/oil to the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
