MX prices low at Kandla
On August 6, 2022, Petrochem sources reported a fall in MX prices in the Kandla market. Debilitated regional demand and inadequate supply have led to the price fall. The current price of MX imported tanker load at Kandla went down from Rs.92/Kg to Rs.89.50/Kg, a fall of Rs.2.50/Kg.
Sharp cut in butyl acrylate monomer prices
Butyl acrylate monomer prices have witnessed a huge fall in the Kandla market. Prices declined, mainly on account of dull regional buying sentiments. Prices are however expected to maintain a balanced trend by the middle of this month. On August 6, 2022, butyl acrylate monomer imported tanker load prices in Kandla were at Rs.122/Kg, a decline of Rs.6/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.128/Kg.
Propylene glycol demand up at Kandla
An elevated trend is noticed in propylene glycol prices.Reports of improved demand trends supported the price rise in the Kandla market. Prices gained, mainly on account of limited product availability. On August 5, 2022, propylene glycol imported tanker load prices at Kandla were assessed at Rs.130/Kg, a rise of Rs.5/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.125/Kg.
Zinc oxide(99.5%) prices up in Delhi
Zinc oxide prices were much higher in the Delhi market today. High demand coupled with tight product availability contributed to the price rise. The current price of zinc oxide is Rs.240/kg, a hike of Rs.5/Kg from the last assessed price of Rs.235/kg.

GAIL shares 0.0% as Nifty falls
Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd. 0.0 per cent to Rs 147.0 in Tuesday's trade. It hit an intraday high of Rs 148.0 and low of Rs 145.55, respectively, during the day. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 173.45 and low of Rs 125.2.
