June 28, 2021:: We had seen a large number of properties for sale in Alvito for low prices so we decided to check it out. The Frosinone region in Lazio is not a tourist magnet but its proximity to Rome and affordability makes it ideal for investment. Like many of the towns in this region, Alvito is filled with 19th Century palazzos that have seen better days. Many are for sale. This town is mountainous, so be prepared to climb. :)
