Pavel squints, craning his neck to see over the bushes. There are four of them gathered around, laughing loudly and obnoxiously, and no matter how he strains his ears, their voices blend together in an indistinct hum he can make neither heads-nor-tails of.

"Nothing good, I am sure," he admits, though the moment the taller of the group turns their head to face them, he can feel their gaze cut clean through his skin. "And maybe it is best we do not wait around to find out."

I would like to avoid another fight if I can.

He huffs. "Though one of them... No, never mind. We should go."

i know emma enjoys the Finer things in life... but is there anything relatively simple or mundane that she enjoys ? the simple pleasures of Life ...

ABSOLUTELY! while the glitz and glamour feed that satiate, she totally does just ... enjoy living? being alive is the finest of pleasures, in all it's simplicity. to be born. to live. to die. she loves just existing.

the moon in particular is one of her favorite viewing pleasures when it's full and at it's brightest! though, she also enjoys when the clouds cover it enough to form a haze and she's totally that person to mention it, to make everyone take a moment to look up at the moon.

a bubble bath overflowing with bubbles and a scent of her choosing. she enjoys floral scents the most! rose, lavender, ylang ylang, eucalyptus with one of the purest forms of relaxation.

anything handwritten. a note, a reminder, a letter. she's very old - timey and old fashioned. if she could live in a world without cellular devices and the internet, she would! but alas ... in this digital age, even she is guilty of being glued to her phone at times and her importance doesn't allow her to be far from it.

the sensation of touch. she is such a closed off individual, that anyone she allows in close enough proximity, that close, to touch her and live to do; she lives for. there is something so addictive about the vulnerability to being felt. whether platonic or romantic, you're special if she embraces or explores and that means something very deep!

gatherings of her and her friends. just spending time with people she enjoys! little to no money involved. just being silent in someone she enjoys presence is enough.

and as a telepath? silence. sitting alone with herself for hours is the rawest form of enjoyment.
