Couldn't be more true.
I just woke up from a dream in which I fell behind my mom while we were out shopping for like 10 seconds and some dude grabbed my ass so I turned and kicked and my foot hit the wall. I think I broke some toes but that isn’t even the point. This is my life, this is how I’m forced to live. Always fucking afraid. This is what I’ve been reduced to even though I’m more educated/talented than most of them I still remain a piece of ass. My subconscious mind is ridden with fear. I can't even post this on fb because a horde of self-righteous trolls will immediately descend on me and be like all harassment is imaginary/dreamt. The world is divided into two kinds of anti-feminist straight men; the actual perpetrators of the harassment and the ones who tell us we’re overreacting. FML.
today my sister asked me if i ever get so overcome with fear about life that i can't breathe. i told her that i feel that way every fucking day.
you know your life is fucked up when you're immediately become terrified whenever things seem to be going well and you feel happy enough.
moral of the story....we never catch breaks, god hates us.
