He didn’t know what miracle it was that kept the Losers still here, but when he had spotted Hazel, he panicked. In a good way? He had no idea how long he had been down there in the sewers, but he knew he had blood stained along his chin from.. eating.
Someone was still there, and he had to make sure they didn’t leave without him.
“Hey, hey!” he whispered loudly as he reached from the shadows to grab her arm. “Hazel!” He looked panicked, desperate to get someone on his side, but he knew he was back from the dead, and he knew he was covered in blood. It was his own blood, then the blood of someone else when he had so suddenly pounced. He didn’t know what had come over him, but drinking blood was kind of an obvious answer, wasn’t it?
“Hazel, I need help.”
