Alysa & Jay Pt. 2
Hope you like it. I tried making it as good as the first one and well yeah ;) x Part One [x]
Two weeks had gone by since I had last seen Jay, but not a day went by that we didn’t text, or call or tweet. He was so charming and ever since that drunken night at the pub, I couldn’t seem to get him out of my head.
After a while he finally decided to ask me on a real date.
“How about we dress up and head over to that new restaurant they opened downtown?” He asked. He had just gotten back to London after a week or so of radio tours around the UK. The night of the date arrived and I eagerly awaited his arrival. I had spent the past four hours picking an outfit and trying to perfect my hair and makeup. I had settled on a short, but formal red dress with black heels. [x] In the meantime, I watched an episode or two of Once Upon a Time, until I heard a knock on my door. I tried to remain calm and walked to the door. I found myself looking at a bouquet of white roses, behind them I found a cheesy smile with a pair of playful, blue eyes.
“Wow.” He said as I took the roses from him. “You look stunning.” I shyly blushed as he came over and placed a kiss on my cheek. I grabbed my purse and coat and we headed out of the flat and into a cab.
“I missed you. I didn’t know I missed you until I actually saw you and realized how much I longed to hug you and kiss you and be with you. Is that weird?” He asked suddenly, he looked into my eyes and I could see a sparkle in them.
“It’s not because I missed you too. Plus, we have some unfinished business, remember?” He raised an eyebrow as his lips began to move towards mine. When our lips met, I could feel the rush send chills down my spine. He placed one hand on my waist and the other on my cheek. His lips moved passionately in sync to mine. I felt the cab stop, but I didn’t want to detach myself from Jay’s luscious lips.
“Erm. *cough*. Sir?” We heard the cab driver awkwardly try to catch our attention. We both laughed in embarrassment. “We’re here.” Jay paid the cab driver and we headed into the restaurant.
“I’m kind of hoping this dinner goes by fast so we can get back and finish that unfinished business.” Jay said bluntly. I looked at him and smiled.
“How about we enjoy our dinner and have that as desert?” He squinted his eyes as he feigned hurt. “Don’t be a cry baby. You’ve waited two weeks, you can wait another two hours.” He laughed and continued looking through the menu.
“I thought I’d be used to these complicated, fancy menus by now, but I’m not. Do you even know what’s on here?” He looked confused as he searched for something he might recognize. In the end we settled for some pasta and soda, which was the simplest thing we could actually understand on the menu.
After our food arrived, we both tried to eat calmly, but fast without the other noticing. I looked up to find the pasta sauce all around Jay’s mouth as he looked at me with a child’s eyes. He looked so innocent and defenseless, I couldn’t help but smile. As we finished our dinner the waiter came in with the tab.
“Will you be having desert?” He asked and we looked at each other.
“Not tonight.” Jay said giving me a flirty smile.
Jay refused to let me pay for half and, once again, paid the tab. We walked out and realized it had started raining. One of the valet guys realized who Jay was and immediately put an umbrella over our heads while we waited for a cab. Without Jay knowing, I tipped the valet guy before we headed to his flat.
I walked into the flat and my gaze immediately shifted to the couch where Jay and I had spent the night two weeks ago. I heard the door close behind me and a pair of hands wrap around my waist. I turned around and was met by Jay’s lips. He lightly pushed me onto the couch and looked at me.
“You’re beautiful.” He muttered under his breath. I smiled as he removed his shirt and climbed on top of me. He kissed my lips, our kisses filled with lust. It was something we had been waiting for and were anxious to get.
We stood back up and he pushed me against the wall. His body fairly close to mine. He unzipped my dress and it fell to the floor, joining the rest of our clothes. I unbuttoned his jeans and he removed them eagerly. I could see his bulge beneath his boxers and I smiled. His lips crashed sloppily with mine as they had that one night, when all of a sudden there was a knock on the door.
“No.” Jay breathed into my ear. “Get your stuff and I’ll meet you in the bedroom, okay?” He slipped his slacks back on and opened the door.
“Sorry to bug you mate, but I was wondering if I could crash here tonight. My flat is being painted and I can’t stand the smell of paint.” I heard Nath’s muffled voice as I walked to the bedroom.
“Sure, only if you leave and come back in half an hour.” I heard some muttering and the door close. Jay walked into the bedroom and removed his pants once again. “Now where were we?” He jumped on the bed pressing his body close to mine and kissed me on the forehead. He cuddled me in under the sheets and nuzzled his face into my hair. “I know this isn’t what you expected but I like the idea of cuddling with you and just being close to you.” His tone was apologetic and I could feel myself smiling.
“It sounds perfect to me.” I said as we both began drifting into a light sleep.
