I am so angry about this fucking live action cowboy bebop adaptation. It was my favorite anime and this just pisses me off. If you changed all the names and made this an original series it would be an 8/10 show but you had to drag cowboy bebop into it didn't you?

Things I like about it so far:

1. Actor playing jet is spot on. Perfect jet voice, perfect jet mannerisms, absolutely brings him to life

2. Humor is funny

3. Action cool

4. Some of the cinematography is good

5. Faye bangs a girl! Sapphic Faye brings me life

6. They hired a nonbinary person to play gren.

Things I didn't like:

1. SPIKES HAIR IS NOT RIGHT

2. SO MANY DUTCH ANGLES.

3. VICIOUS IS BRITISH

4. VICIOUS IS SO FUCKING CARTOONY IN THIS. HOW DID YOU MAKE A LIVE ACTION VERSION OF VICIOUS MORE CARTOONY THAN THE LITERAL ANIMATED VERSION

5. The episodes are all out of order and it pisses me off. Are they doing a second season??? Why did they make ballad of fallen angels the last episode. It being so early in the show really served the show well. Why is the Unabomber episode before the episode they get ein??? Why did they remove eins backstory yet still show them being smart??? That doesn't make sense to anyone who hasn't seen the original

6. I think the person playing Faye is good at acting but I don't think she really portrays Faye very accurately. She doesn't have the, confidence? That Faye had in the original? Idk how to explain it the performance just doesn't feel right.

7. Same for spike although it's more 50/50 with him

8. Why are half the sets stylized like fucking umbrella academy. I like umbrella academy a lot but why???

9. The fact this was made in the first place. No one wanted this.

And that's all I can think of for now idk I just wanted to get this off my chest because I really love the original.
