What they define their relationship with your muse as:
Sirius challenges Alice at every turn. It’s something she’s never really had to deal with before, - while Marlene makes her run, Sirius makes her question why she’s running. They’re close friends, something that’s only been firmly re-assured by their conversation at the party.
Something they like about your muse:
Alice loves how much of a wild card Sirius is. He always has something up his sleeve, some way to change the game, to make things interesting, and it’s something she admires unquestionably.
Something they dislike about your muse:
Sirius is brash. She loves his personality, but for a girl who favours quiet corners and rainy days over wild parties and beach waves, Sirius is loud.
Their first impression of your muse:
For someone as small as little eleven year old Sirius Black was, he had the biggest personality. It was something she wasn’t expecting, - the Black family held a big name in the Wizarding world, big enough to make her parents wary as they sent her off on the train and spotted Walburga and Orion Black at the station. But Alice was never one to judge someone based on their family, and their parents. Within the first day, she swore to herself to give him a chance.
Their impression of your muse now:
Sirius has defied any and all expectations that the Wizarding world pinned on him. He’s everything his family isn’t - he’s caring, and genuine, and unafraid to stand up for himself. She two parts loves him and one part hates him, if only because he drives her up the wall more times than she’ll ever admit to.
How they feel about your muse:
Alice is scared, sometimes. Sirius is so much, so quick, that she’s terrified of missing something important. He offers the world so much, anyone who knows him can see that, and the thought of people missing out on how good he is sets a heavy weight in her heart.
Something they are hiding from your muse:
Alice wouldn’t be surprised if he already knew about her revelation on her sexuality. Sirius knows things she doesn’t, after all, - but aside from that, the only thing she could really be hiding from him is the hat she stole from him when he fell asleep on the couch in the common room last week.
Something they wish they could to tell your muse:
That he can trust people outside the Marauders. That she’s one of those people, - that without hesitation, she would offer a shoulder to lean on if he ever needed it.
Send me a ❖ for my character’s personal thoughts about yours:
Alice adores Sirius. Not that she’d ever tell him that, of course. She loves to get into little bets and arguments with him, knowing the both can’t resist a good challenge, - but she knows there’s more to him than the cocky, charming front he puts forward. Sirius is the type of guy thet opens up to people on his own terms, and if he’s ever looking for someone to trust outside of the Marauders, she’d volunteer herself without hesitation. Though whether or not he knows that, Alice isn’t sure. Growing up with two sisters, she has no idea what it would be like to have a brother; but if she was to make a bet on it, she’d say that Sirius would be the closest thing to it.
Shovelling the food into her mouth, Marlene couldn’t find a way to make her jaw move nearly as quickly as her stomach yearned for food. Confusion settling onto her features upon hearing the question, her fork clattered onto her plate, attracting the attention of the rest of the table. What sort of question was that? Of course she wasn’t pregnant, at least she presumed she wasn’t. Sirius no doubt was under the impression he’d made a particularly witty comment, but she failed to be amused by the situation. “No, you cheeky bastard.” She responded, contempt obvious in her voice as her eyes flickered down to her almost empty plate. “I’m just fuckin’ hungry.” With a scornful roll of her eyes, she let out a dignified huff, before turning her attention to a group of girls on the Hufflepuff table whose eyes remained fixated on her. “Is that alright with you lot?”
