Personal Alphys Headcanon:
Alphys remembers all resets, even knows what they are, so she keeps cameras on humans and disguises it as being very excited to see humans underground, the first reset, it was true, she was excited to witness seeing an actual human, but as resets went by, and genocide and neutral routes started happening alongside the pacifist route every now and then, she at firat didnt remember, but later on, in one of the pacifist routes where the amalgamites are found, Alphys got exposed to just the right amount more of determination and a butterfly affect started, and now Alphys remembers the resets and dreads Frisk entering the underground.
Alphys also knows about timelines, but not AUs.
I honestly made this headcanon cause i thought id be fun, some people say Asgore remembers, most say Sans remembers, im on both those boats, and Flowey canonically remembers. So why not have Alphys, a monster who worked with and was exposed to various amounts of determination, the royal scientist, know about the resets.
