This rich coffee recipe will take you on a taste of an African safari. Rich flavors of Amarula liqueur and chocolate go well with freshly brewed coffee. It's a wonderful way to start the day with a hint of luxury.
Ingredients: 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee. 1 oz Amarula liqueur. 1 oz chocolate syrup. 1 oz heavy cream. Whipped cream for garnish. Chocolate shavings for garnish.
Instructions: Brew a strong cup of coffee using your favorite coffee beans. In a separate container, warm 1 oz of Amarula liqueur and 1 oz of chocolate syrup until they are well combined and slightly heated. Pour the brewed coffee into a coffee mug. Stir in the Amarula and chocolate mixture into the coffee. In another container, whip 1 oz of heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Top the coffee with the whipped cream.
