I placed an order for Owl House Funko pops at the beginning of the month through Amazon...They have yet to arrive and Amazon says that the order is RECIEVED. Is this an issue or should I just leave it be?

Apparently Amazon thinks my parcels belong in the bin/trash wtf didnt even ring my door bell just shoved it in my recycling bin luckily it was that and not the household waist bin im fuming.

end of summer is ruined cause I was waiting for GRAVITY FALLS: LOST LEGENDS comic (since July) I pre-ordered from Amazon.De and 21 days later (August 1) after I had already received estimated time of delivery cause i put the money via paypal they said something’s wrong and it cancelled and i didnt receive my money back?? WTH???
