What is the Amazon Recruitment Process for 2021
Amazon is a tech-giant and one of the top companies in the whole world. This company is situated in Seattle, Washington. Jeff Bezos is the founder of this company and it was established on July 5, 1994.
Amazon is named among the largest online retailers based on revenue and market capitalization. Initially, Amazon websites were developed to sell books online. But, later on, this company has started selling various other products.
In the year of 2015, Amazon surpassed Walmart and owe a good reputation in the market as the highest retailer in the world. Amazon is the 4th most valuable public company in the whole world. Many people want to get a good job in the company. The interview process at Amazon is entirely different from various other companies.
There are five to six rounds in the recruitment process of Amazon:
1. Written Round
In the written round, the candidates have to answer various questions in written form. This round consists of two broad sections only: Logical test section and Technical test section.
The technical section of the written round comprises C, C++, Data structure, inheritance and basic questions. This test is comprised of MCQ format and approximately 30 minutes are given to the candidate for completing this written amazon interview questions and answers round.
2. Online Coding Round
Once you have cleared the first round, then you have to go through the online coding round. In this round, the interviewer will ask a few questions based on coding. These questions are based on strings, arrays, and matrices.
3. Telephonic Round
The phone screening round is based on algorithm questions. In this round, two to four questions are asked. These questions are based on arrays, dynamic programs problems, and arrays. It is an important section in the amazon interview process 2021.
4. Technical Round 1
In this round, face-to-face algorithmic questions are asked. Usually, this round consists of two to four questions and these are from data structures. It is difficult to part of the amazon interview process for freshers.
5. Technical Round 2
This round is just like the technical round 1. Usually, this round consists of questions based on BST, Tries, Trees, and many more. It is imperative to brush-up your basic knowledge so that you can properly answer these questions.
6. Hiring Manager Round

Amazon is hiring freshers BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science Engineering/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ MCA for its open positions of Device Associates. The candidate must be familiar with Windows Desktop and must be aware of applications like Word/ Excel/ Firefox, etc.
