It's time to announce a new visual novel project: Rockin' Resort!  

Rockin' Resort is a adult visual novel where you, the player, win an all expenses paid vacation with your favorite all girl band! Upon arriving, however, the band is on the verge of breaking up. With only one week before a major concert, can you help the band smooth things over? 

Crystal Summers: Vocals + Guitar 

Crystal is the serious front man of the band. She writes most of their songs. She doesn't express it well, but she cares a lot about the band and their fans.

Julia Becker: Lead Guitar 

Julia is Crystal's best friend and cofounder of the band. She loves anything 80's and is a lot more flirty than the other girls. Unfortunately, she doesn't date fans. 

Amber Summers: Drums 

Amber was drafted into the band because she's Crystal's younger sister. Easily the member of the group with the most energy, Amber loves rock music and performing with the band. 

Eleanor Reed: Bass

Despite not being into rock initially and being a bit quiet, Eleanor joined the band after making friends with Amber in jazz band. She's the most knowledgeable musician of the group.

Also, Coral is the mascot of the in-game resort (Coral Cove) that you'll see in promotional art. She's a cute calico cat who loves long walks on the beach and secrets. She's not one of the heroines, but I still thought you should meet her.

Alexa definitely doesn’t understand that Amber has her own hardships, she just thinks she’s the perfect daughter so her parents adore her, while Alexa has to work really hard to even get noticed by her parents. But Amber is always stressed that she’s or doing enough and needs to do more, despite doing the absolute maximum at everything. So each sister thinks the other has it easier, cause Amber thinks Alexa is lucky that she doesn’t have so much pressure on her, but Alexa thinks Amber is lucky cause their parents are proud of her

NO BUT I NEED TO TALK ABOUT THE SUMMERS SISTER BEING BESTIES CAUSE THEY GET ALONG MORE THAN THEY FIGHT

But like on Friday nights, they’ll have Anja and Willa-Deene and Pepper and A’Kioni over, and they’ll have a girls night and Alexa walks in after soccer practice and she’s all “OH HELL NO-“, but they grab her and force her to do makeovers with them. And Amber is laughing as she does Alexa’s nails (they compromised so they’re black but sparkly-), and Alexa’s rolling her eyes and groaning that she can’t touch anything for like half an hour while her nails dry, but then Anja grabs her and starts doing her makeup and ALEXA JUST WANTED TO LAY DOWN AND BINGE ORANGE IS THD NEW BLACK, NOT THIS SHIT-

But like Amber and Alexa will gossip telepathically during classes, like Amber doesn’t really like talking shit about people, but if they heard that Emma Frost is trying to steal their dad again, they will be talking about it-

NO BUT THE SUMMERS SISTERS MORNING ROUTINE IS SO FUNNY TO ME

Like, school starts at 7:30 AM sharp, so Amber wakes up at exactly 5:30 AM, and her hairs still perfect from yesterday and she’s beautiful even without her makeup, and she gets up and turns the light on (Alexa doesn’t wake up to it at all) and makes herself an iced coffee before beginning her skincare routine. And she’ll watch those “it girl” you tubers while she gets ready, eating a healthy breakfast of avocado toast and strawberries as she gets ready. Then she usually wears tights, a plaid skirt, Oxford shoes, and a cute button up blouse

And then Alexa’s alarm goes off at 7:00 AM, but she never wakes up to it so Amber goes and turns the alarm off before waking up her sister, who groans and smacks her hands away as she curls up into her bed, NOT wanting to get up at all. But then she eventually drags herself out of bed by 7:15 and barely has time to brush her teeth and hair before throwing on adidas sweatpants, a muscle tee and tugging her ratty old sneakers on before following her sister out to get to school

Amber also does relate to Isabela Madrigal, cause now that she’s set the bar for herself so high, sometimes she feel like she can’t reach it. Like she knows Alexa admires her and is jealous of her, and she knows her parents expect a lot out of her. So she maintains straight As, joins clubs and school functions, is student council president of Xaviers School for Gifted Learning, trains with Professor Xavier himself to control her powers like he did with Jean, just everything like that. So she feels like she can’t ever step out of line, cause she’s supposed to be the future leader of the X-Men and is the current leader of the X-Girls. She feels like she’d let the whole school down if she can’t accomplish something, but also doesn’t realize how many other mutants are competing with her for top spot in the chess club or whatever else
