Wow. The highs, lows, & highs again I’ve been through the last two weeks were wild, but all so damn necessary. Amazing how my prayers were answered and the clarity I asked for was shown. Keep moving forward onto better things. Healing. Happy with this growth, & optimistic about what lies ahead. Keep rising, living & loving beautiful souls!

work on you, for you. laugh. surround yourself with those who are supportive, positive, and love you. celebrate your victories. forgive and keep moving forward. smile. take pictures. protect your space and happiness. record so you have funny videos and memories to look back on. try something new. know your worth. love. plan that trip early and go enjoy that adventure. learn from that lesson. hug. let the ones you love know how much you appreciate them. be still. drink more water. meditate. don't lower your standards for anyone. read a new book. have fun. live. do what makes you happy. appreciate the now.
