This isn’t fucking funny anymore, I need help and I need it now. My intake meeting with the psychiatrist was fucking useless and he didn’t even write down the worst symptoms I mentioned. I’m gonna call tomorrow and see if there’s any appointments before late December but Kaiser is notoriously bad for mental care and their therapy sessions are only 30 minutes. I don’t know what to fucking do, my friends won’t answer me and I’m too scared to talk about my symptoms in depth with them. I need help please please please

I can’t even cry because I don’t feel safe enough. I dread nighttime and going to sleep and I’m so scared to die. I’m so scared please I just want somebody to hold me.
