seeing one of her boys wandering off, no doubt looking for one of his parents, molly’s heart dropped. everything was chaos, so she had no doubt that her boy wouldn’t be able to hear her, but she tried calling his name anyways, but to no avail. she had her other kids to make sure they stayed safe, but she couldn’t, wouldn’t, let one of them wonder off.

seeing a familiar face, she called out to her. “amelia,” she said quickly, loud enough to hope the other woman heard her. “percy,” she said as she pointed to the wandering child, ron on her hip, her twins standing close by, and bill and charlie with their father.

( abigail cowen, twenty, cis female ) hey, was that AMELIA BONES passing by? so much has happened recently; I haven’t seen the PUREBLOOD in forever, but I’d recognize HER anywhere. rumor has it the SECOND year is studying to be an AUROR. they always reminded me of VIENNA BY BILLY JOEL. I’ve also heard they’ve been recruited by NO ONE. but despite all that I think they’re still COMPASSIONATE, HARD-WORKING & OBSERVANT and OUTSPOKEN, JUDGMENTAL & STUBBORN. and the HUFFLEPUFF alum still reminds me of escaping family obligations to trample in the mud in your newest party dress, falling asleep in an open book during a late night of study, making a mess in the kitchens whilst baking for your friends, pushing back strands of ginger hair falling from a hastily pulled together braid, always standing up for what is right even when your voice shakes. well, then, I guess some things never change.   ( marie, 29, est, she/her )

     Selina’s hands were covered in a few bloodstains from a few testy plants but the first thing on her mind was how itchy her eyes were and would rubbing her eyes with dried blood make them burn or make them healthier?

    Her home was dimly lit - the lights outside shone through the window with no curtains and illuminated her furniture, giving everything a decidedly melancholic look that she didn’t particularly hate. It looked scenic - light from street lamps angling its way through the glass and falling onto her furniture, distorting their colour just the tiniest bit and creating long, looming shadows that did not move. Selina decided that she liked it, and she made a mental note to figure out how she could recreate it during the day.

    Just as she was about to move to the kitchen to wash her hands, there was a knock on her door. It was a soft knock, implying that there was (hopefully) no danger lurking behind it, although if there were there would have been no knocking. Her wand was on the countertop, so she used her mouth to grab onto it and point it towards the door, flicking it slightly so that the door would open.

    In walked Amelia, looking a little harrowed and slightly flushed. She moved over to Selina and plucked the wand out of her mouth, giving her an odd look and placing it on the counter. Selina took the opportunity to quickly wash the blood off and dry her hands with a towel.

    “Now that you’ve witnessed me with a wand in my mouth, d’you want to tell me why you’re here? I don’t mean to be rude, but technically my working hours begin in 9 hours and so if this is a work call I might just fall asleep before you begin.”

    “Not a work call, don’t worry. Well-- kind of. Do you have any spare Quidditch tickets? I’ll explain properly tomorrow, I promise, but right now I need extras. Just 2. Please?” Selina sighed, walked over to her bag, and pulled two tickets out, handing them over to Amelia. “You’re lucky I like you. I don’t give away my tickets so easily.” She stuck her tongue out.
