• year 5 • Just one off to school today... It’s still so hard to comprehend my baby growing up!!!! Year 5, that’s just crazy!!! She was very nervous today, for the first time ever!!! She didn’t even speak to anyone this morning when she got to school, the nerves had just taken over her!!! Then this afternoon, she said she had a great day but she’s a little worried about her new teacher (?) even though she couldn’t even remember her name!!! 🙄😝 I think she’s going to struggle for a few days, getting back into routine (& so am I), having to wear clothes and not just swimmers, shoes & socks, eating when the time is right (and not grazing all day) and no pool or no iPad close by...... • Miranda Sings • I wish I could of bottled up Amelia's emotions last night!! It wasn't the surprise at the beginning (she says she knew all along what was happening, ha!! 🙄) But at different points of the show, there was lots of screaming and lots of tears!!! (It was almost like being at a TS concert with Daniel ☺️) I went to #mirandaSings with a little hesitation, having seen a couple of her Netflix shows........... But, I have to say, she was so bloody funny and put on an awesome show!!! Not just for the kids either!!! I would definitely go back and see her again, it was an awesome show!!! • and, she's home • She's had a great time away on her first school overnight excursion!! She loved it!!! Sydney Aquarium, walk across the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, on the ferry, and the Zoo today... Two days of getting up early, lots of exploring and late night chats & giggles in a room full of girls, she's well & truly buggered I think!!! She won't be out of bed long tonight...
