Both are British.

Both are antagonistic to their respective enemies.

Single-minded in their pursuits, willing to sacrifice everything and anything for their respective ultimate goals (even if it means killing and/or corrupting others).

Have more-or-less isolated themselves for the longest time - for the majority of their lifespans, in fact.

Belos sounds eerily similar to Alrick (I obviously know why, of course. Still…).

Probably both very touch-starved.

Both emotionally stunted and lonely.

Snarky assholes.
