Kinana often noticed that Juvia often took jobs at the places she (Kinana) visited the most, like the baker’s shop for one. It is one of her favorite places. Kinana is close with the shop keeper there. He often teaches her new recipes or suggests new cookbooks for her to read. Evidently, Kinana would run into Juvia quite a lot at the bakers and the bookstore. Kinana eventually spoke Juvia to help her find cookbooks.

Kinana formed a small attachment to the water mage who was like herself in a way. Kinana is quite shy and tries to keep to herself which is why she has trouble getting close to others. However, her bartending job has forced her to learn to interact with others. It’s why Kinana is usually the one to go out of her way to run into Juvia.

Kinana wants to forge a friendship with Juvia that is as deep as the sea. She admires the mage and her strong determination. Eventually, she would like to go on job requests with her.

Kinana often finds Juvia clinging to walls and always offers a seat at the bar for her sit as well as any meal or drink she would like, on the house.
