Owl Tuesday didn't have an owl until dusk when I was putting out the recycling. A Great Horned Owl flew over the lane and landed at the top of the neighbour's tree. But, alas, it didn't wait for the retrieval of a camera before it flew off. Would have been too dark anyway. As a consolation prize here are some of December's cute Coots. These are not ducks.
