We sent out vendor packets last week and it's been visitor after visitor to the store!! The Herbert family dropped by to gift us this GORGEOUS custom sign that I can in NO WAY describe my joy in receiving! (Their work will be in our stores (physical and virtual) Their passion for the armed services and Rescue/Safety professionals is apparent in their work!! Custom flags can be made with your service seal. Pride, through and through!

Audition Submission from July for potential Thrifty Artists Reality Show here in Atlanta. Four months later and our REALITY is our storefront is READY for other "Thrifty Artists"!!!

Did this months ago, for a possible Atl Show on Thrifty Artists, but kept Low key waiting to hear back. BUT.... Guess I can share now!! Would LOVE to share my passion with the world and redefine what people think of “old stuff”!!

Mamma has a supply closet!!!! Chloe, the baby of the family got to hang out with me for the first time. She LOVES the space to run...& moms paint tape balls!! Chris is taking my Thomasville Buffet and converting it into a rolling piece of art! It will serve as our register until the right buyer takes it home...then he will have to build me another! ;). It's the weekend before Thanksgiving and I'm finishing up 3 dining sets for families to enjoy!! Makes my heart happy to give them something to be proud to sit at while we celebrate America and say Thank You to our community of family and friends!!

My goodness exactly 2 months and multiple attempts at a logo design and we finally have our brand! I’m very proud to say that this logo was a design that Chris mapped out on the back of a Chinese menu and I took it and using an app turned it into an actual logo. Now I’m just waiting on the final files so that we can get our signs created and our store will finally show our name! In addition, the workshop area is finally in place and as you can see it’s almost ready for me to begin work in!!!

It’s fun meeting and working with all these people!  Watching the hustle bustle of the build out is something I can’t capture with pics!  However, we have Solomon working on the (what used to be) kitchen area.  Have the doors being all brought up to speed after sitting dormant (pun intended) for 4 years!  ADT and ATT have both been onsite yesterday and today and we have 2 phone numbers now!!!  678-926-3760 and 678-926-3980  ... oh AND WiFi!!!!  The internet cafe’ side of things is now operational, however, no coffee or food yet, lol!  I received our tablets this week that will allow those of you who don’t have a smartphone to shop our artists’ pages for additional items that are not in the store, as well as add items to your shopping cart without having to pick a single item up until after check out is complete!!!  Virtual shopping carts ROCK!!!  And ours is being built right now by my Guru overseas! 

Oh, and the other pic of me (very unbecoming of me, but hey, it is what it is these days!) is with the beer reps that stopped by yesterday and come to find out, Stephanie is an artist too!!  We will show her really cool items soon in the finished store!

Last week was FULL OF projects for clients (table for Johna goes from circa 2000 fruit to today’s driftwood), new projects for friends (Stephanie finishes her first piece), celebrating projects for programs close to our heart (NoLongerBound), & projects on the American Redemption home front (getting paint ON the walls with a LOT of help from my great friends Kelly and Anne-Marie & a "small" amount of celebrating)!
