1. I pulled myself out of a spiral of anxiety and self-hate and depression, and I am all healthy now and I like myself and I am happy and I can face the anxiety and conquer it now and I have boundaries, and every day I keep learning and getting better. I am stronger than even I knew.

2. I do what I can to help other people who are still in that spiral and to share what I’ve learned and what has worked for me, even though I had to do it alone. Well - alone until I got to the point where I could reach out to other people, which took a while.
