The blonde hero had hurried down the spiral staircase of the watchtower awaiting for something to go down. It had to be someone who knew the location and entrance to the Bird’s lair. “Who’s there?” He called out looking around before hearing footsteps coming from behind him. There was no time to think, so he spun around quickly seeing the man. “Who are you, and how did you get in here?”

Ah shit. The shout. The noise --------- the gunshots. It was enough for the magician to feel the tense fire that came at him at a swipe. Shit. Shit. In a huff, a surge came within his sprint; it came in a slam with the step that came with another as he hurried into the massive warehouse complex. “Wodahs llac—” he hissed, jaw in clench as he felt the cold caress against his skin, creeping at his form as he commanded the shadows to give him guise. The box. With the chaos already ensuing, panic was coursing through him in a frigid rush just as the darkness that had him encumbered; he can’t alert them to protect it—or worse, spur them to haul it out of the place completely. But to barge into a vast storage hold, half empty with the cargo all hauled out—enough room for a man to fight a slew of gut-totting mercenaries—Zain forced himself to pause; to see the lone man within the chaos hurl his shield to keep them a bay as swift grace had him tumble out of danger --------- only for one of them to aim a gun at his blind spot. 

“—mia hgih!” his roar was enough for the gun the pull up, to have the man’s arm to stretch up and reveal his hiding spot the moment he pulled the trigger and had the bullet hit the metal beam above. Shit. He has to fight this one first.

Beau could sometimes be clever, sly and smooth, and other times he was kind of a giant dork that liked to talk about computers, hacking, nonsense like that while describing how much he loved working at the library. It's honestly confounding this Gotham, I heard rumors in the toilet that a Man of Bat protects the area, is it like some gang wars between animals here?, things were much simpler back in Asgard" he said still utterly confused as he clapped the man on the back and reached into his coat pocket "Care for a real drink, five hundred year dwarven ale here, enough to make Odin himself fall over drunk" he heartily laughed as he swished around the vial in his hands before pouring a few drops into his own glass and reaching over to offer it to Captain America.
