“Hey, hey, one at a time, more than enough to go around.” When the call had gone out to start helping people when the power went out, Beast Boy had been at the beach, soaking up some sun, and mostly just relaxing. But, well, that wasn’t really something he could keep doing without feeling guilty, so here he was instead. Box of ice creams balancing precariously in one hand as he handed them out to the kids at the park. Sure, he knew it was still less than what he should be doing, but considering how much stress parents were going through, the kids still needed somebody keeping an eye on them as well. Especially a lot of these ones. Street kids. The movement behind him wasn’t much of a surprise, glancing away from the crowd for a minute to offer a beaming smile. “You here to help out? There’s another couple of boxes still in the truck.”
