Easy Search Function In AmeriCommerce Support
Went to check out AmeriCommerce recently. Guess this is quite a new shopping cart software provider. The last time I had a look at it, I remember it was rather green in color. Guess they had a complete new makeover to a black and orange theme.
Anyway, I always have this perception that it is somewhat better to talk to someone whenever you need help with something. It seems faster to me. That is provided the customer service has enough knowledge and common sense to guide me.
So before I called up the AmeriCommerce support, I wanted to make sure I checked all my options. To my surprise, found a search feature right smack in the middle of the AmeriCommerce technical support page. Now that kind of helped heaps since I could find stuff based on keywords.
Only when it didn't generate the proper answers would I start moving towards the phone..
