Thank you so much for your advice <3 I’ve decided that one of my Goals is telling the truth about my mental health more often, so that was already my first instinct. It’s tough figuring out how to word it with each person, though; there’s a former boss that I’ve known long enough that I’ve gone MIA on her more than once, a networking person who I e-mailed after I was supposed to call her that I was sick and couldn’t do it that day (which was like a month ago), a boss who I told I would be working part time for for a long time and then... sort of... stopped... and I feel like it’s not a great idea to pick it back up again even though I enjoyed it because clearly I can’t handle that in addition to a full time job.

But. Anyway. I have to deal with this soon. If anyone has additional advice for wording/scripting I’d appreciate it. Even if not, what you’ve given me already is so helpful <3
