Is he an experienced player? ‘Cause I feel like that’s a rookie mistake and it’s understandable, but also I can definitely imagine the type of guy who would play like this who’s been playing for years…

tbh i cant tell, but he seems experienced enough? i mean we’ve been doing this campaign for a year now so he at LEAST has that experience. i think his issue is that he’s just a gamer all-around including video games and whatnot and so hes just super into the mechanics and all.... which is annoying for me personally, as a player who is Very Much into it for the story and has been doing RP since i was like, 10-12 yrs old??

you’re probably mixing her up with aaliyah or one of the dozen of similar singers from the time that i tend to mix her up with. mya has some good songs but she’s like weirdly forgettable?

Just putting in my 2 cents- a redbubble/whatever account would be awesome, my thirst for prints is insatiable and my wall has no Stanchez on it, which is obviously unbearable.

Thanks for letting me know you’re interested! I’m definitely going to be looking into something along those lines after the comic wraps up next week. Hopefully I will be able to help solve that Stanchez-less wall problem. ;)

25:Have you ever cried from being so mad?Nope! I’m not an angry crier. I do cry WHILE being mad, but its usually bcos im also upset, usually at myself.

ya a few times!! band trip and then w/ the college trips. NYC is pretty cool but only for visiting, i couldn’t stand to live there i dont think.

We will read it, and we will love it. You're your harshest critic!! (Especially if it's Bane/Blake, like, you have never written anything B/B that was not great I love them aaahhh)

Oh, no, hahaha. I know it sounded like I was being super harsh on myself, but I was just being realistic, and maybe reality checking myself, too?

Like, some point after I started posting publicly, I got this idea/expectation in my head that whatever I posted had to be better than the one before it. And, for a while, that seemed to happen.

But I now seem to have hit this wall. Or, more optimistically, a temporary plateau in writing ability, where whatever I'm working on is no longer better than the previous work. Disappointed in myself, I kept setting WIPs aside, all, "Meh."

And that's how I produced nothing for three months. Which sucks way more than writing something mediocre.

So I'm now trying to train myself out of that awful perfectionist mode, and accept that:

1) sometimes my writing ability won't be able to live up to the idea I came up with, and 

2) that's fine. Better for me to finish and post the mediocre thing, because it generates writing momentum, and the only way I'll get better is if I actually finish and post shit

TL;DR: Sib said to herself: "Girl, calm the fuck down, not every piece of writing you produce has to be (or can be) a heartbreaking work of staggering genius. Take it easy. Do the thing. Finish the thing. Post the thing. Make a new thing. Enjoy the process. All will be well."
