Been a crazy last week...

Got to get my head back around. I'm on the graveyard shift of another plantation giving coverage. Taking advantage of the time to get the hot rhythms out of my mind and putting them down in my beat diary for future tracks. Feeling more myself again being constructive with my time. Always about my art 24/7. It keeps me leveled and happily grooving. The art of music was my "first girl" and now my "mistress" (as my Queen puts it). The arts is my therapy.
