I hate it when people tell me, “I miss your (singing) voice” or when they say they miss something that i do. can’t i be missed for me? is my presence really that nothing so they just see what i do that they like from time to time? I mean, is it really hard to tell me, “I missed you!”

I know they mean it as a compliment but it just really bugs me.
