ngl the fandom's portrayal of goldenflower is honestly so sexist and it pisses me off so bad. my girl did not bring her children up the best she could while protecting them for you guys to portray her as an uwu submissive victim ex-wife. girl they weren't even implied to have anything but a physical relationship. can we stop assuming women's lives revolve entirely around men they arent even that close with.

Iterum!Goldenflower

aghh Goldenflower my beloved. she may be my favorite character in Iterum, i’m a huge sucker for well-written maternal characters (bonus points because she’s not afraid to kick ass). I’ve reread chapter 33 more times than Firestar can count. she’s just so perfect.

Originally, she was gonna be a lot more intimidating with sharper shape language but I decided on a more round and cozy design to contrast with Tigerclaw (who will be posted in a couple weeks)
