Request from @danihow: Hi there! So I noticed you are taking requests for Tobias Eaton so, what if, the reader is Eric's sister in Amity and is the one who welcomes them there and you can come up with the rest if you want
A/N I decided to take out the element of the reader being Eric’s sister since I always write with a POC!Reader in mind. (Ik they could have been his half-sister but I prefer the reader to be as physically ambiguous as possible :D) Reader was born in Abnegation but transfers to Amity when they turn 16! (also I was so tempted to call them besties ahhh)
You know Tobias before you both turn 16 since you were born Abnegation
Even though he’s never around, you think he deserves a friend
It takes a while to get Tobias talking but you soon realize he’s a sweetheart
You become best friends at age 12 and begin hanging out at the Eaton house
Unbeknownst to you, Tobias appreciates your company since his father doesn’t bother him (or hit him) when you’re around
Tobias doesn’t come around your house often, when he does, Marcus joins him
The friendship between you is calm and safe, Tobias grounds you and you give him confidence
Tobias opens up about losing his mother (even though you already knew) and how it felt and that was when you knew he was a keeper (lifelong friend)
Nobody understands how you two manage to be such good friends because you’re light and positive, while Tobias is the epitome of dark and pessimistic
Your mum calls you two the sun and moon (Tobias being the moon)
Something always irks you about Marcus, you don’t feel too comfortable around him and are thankful he allows you and Tobias to go into Tobias’ room
Tobias sometimes hints that Marcus isn’t a good father, but he always changes the subject quickly
You nickname him Tobi (pronounced toe-bee) and he claims to hate it
By the time you’re 16, Tobias tells you everything (except that Marcus is abusive)
He tells you how he wants out of Abnegation and you confide in him, saying you agree
Neither of you admit which faction is the most appealing to you but it’s like you know you’re going to get separated
After the Aptitude test, Tobias begins to act weird despite getting Abnegation
You tell him you got Abnegation too (you lied, you got Amity)
“Hey, don’t worry about what happens tomorrow. We’re life-long friends... even if we end up in different factions. I’m always here.” (You)
“I’m not worried about that, I’m worried I won’t leave.” (Tobias)
“If you need to, do it. Don’t even think about me. Think about yourself and you only. You’ll be the one who will have to live with your choice.” (You)
“Are you telling me to be selfish?” (Tobias)
“Yes, Tobi. Be selfish.” (You)
It comes as no surprise that Tobias doesn’t choose Abnegation, but his choice of Dauntless startles you a bit... he’s never seemed to be like the Dauntless
When you choose Amity, you find his eyes in the crowd of black before you look toward your family
There’s understanding in his brown eyes, he knew you had to do it and you knew he had to get out too
The next time you see Tobias is a whole year later when he’s bringing iniaties to the gate
It was purely based on chance you were there and you two didn’t get to speak, but it was nice to see him
You don’t see Tobias again after that... until the attack on Abnegation
You wouldn’t lie, you were worried sick about your old friend and couldn’t stop yourself from hugging him
He looked so different, taller definitely, wider too... he felt like a grown man
“What-- Y/N?” (Tobias)
“Oh my god, Tobi, it’s so good to see you!” (You)
“My name’s Four now,” (Tobias)
The look in his eyes tells you he means it, so you begin calling him the strange name of “Four”
“Hi, Four... I was worried about you, who’s this?” (You)
“Tris, this is Y/N... an old friend.” (Tobias)
“I didn’t know he had friends, it’s so nice to meet you.” (Tris)
“You look familiar, were you in Abnegation by chance?” (You)
“Yea, switched to Dauntless.” (Tris)
You don’t see Tobias around much after your reunion but you do get to know Tris, she turns out to be nice and you enjoy her company
“Four was definitely quiet when we were younger...” (You)
“Yea, I noticed that. He’s outspoken even though he doesn’t speak much.” (Tris)
That made a lot of sense to you, he still felt like your best friend but he definitely didn’t blend into the walls of any room
When the Erudite come to Amity, you’re with Four
It’s chaotic as everyone runs around to change and blend in
You give Four pointers on how to seem like an Amity
“Why’re you helping me?” (Tobias)
“Dumb question, you’re my friend, that’s why. Head up, don’t meet their eyes, but smile. A real smile, T.” (You)
“Thank you, should I laugh for no reason?” (Tobias)
“Yea, now, oh my god! That’s hilarious,” (You)
“You didn’t lie when you said you’d be here for me even if we split up.” (Tobias)
“Of course I didn’t, we’re life-long friends buddy.” (You)

AN: Smut ahead! I repeat SMUT AHEAD!
It had been two days since Eric offered to train me. During regular training Eric didn’t bother me so much. There was the occasional comment here and there but it was nothing like before, minimal comments if you would.
It was time for dinner and everyone started leaving the room but us.
“So what are we going to start with Teddy?” I say as I walk closer to him.
“Don’t call me that,” he growled. “We’ll work on the punching bag and then go to the mats,” he walked to the punching bags and stood behind one.
“Okay,” I stood in front of the bag and took my stance. I looked at Eric to see if it was good, he only raised an eyebrow.
Being from Amity I was used to hauling thing twice my weight so I packed a punch but that meant nothing if you didn’t have the right form. I was hitting the bag for about five minutes before Eric cut in.
“You need to use your whole body when not only your arms,” he walked behind me and placed his hands on my hips. “When you throw a punch make sure to move your hips to and make sure the power behind the punch comes from your core,” he moved his hand up to my stomach.
“Yeah,” I breathed out.
“Keep going,” he instructed, staying behind me.
I tried using my whole body with every punch, if I didn’t Eric would put his hands on my hips and sync them with each punch. I’m not gonna lie, my heart was beating as fast as a hummingbirds.
After another fifteen minutes of this we moved to the mats.
“Okay so we’re going to wrestle and I’ll see what we need to work on next time we meet,” he said as he took of his shirt. My eyes widened and looked over his body. “Like what you see princess?” I looked up and he was smirking at me.
I blinked a few times and then walked onto the mat ignoring his question. He walked onto the mat and we both got into our stances.
He made the first move and I blocked the oncoming hit but I wasn’t able to stop the second one. I became really close with the floor.
“You have to expect more than one hit coming at you,” Eric checked me over to make sure I was still good to go. “You have to keep your guard up at all times.”
“Easy for you to say,” I groaned but took my stance anyway.
“Come on princess,” he smirked, “I know there’s more to you than what you show everyone,” he came at me and just like last time I went down.
Well he isn’t wrong. There is more to me than my peaceful nature, it’s the reason I chose Dauntless.
I got back up, wiping the blood on my mouth and took my stance. I let him make the first move again but this time I was ready.
I dodged both attacks and landed a few hits on his torso. I moved away from him and bounced around on my feet. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee right? He came at me again and I moved out of the way and swung my leg kicking him in the back and then I knocked his feet from under him. I moved out of his reach again but he got up faster than anticipated and he grabbed my leg and pulled me down.
I turned my body a bit and landed on my side, barely hurting anything. He pulled me closer to him and then he got on top of me, using his weight to hold me in place. I tried wiggling my way out but no luck.
“I told you you had potential,” he muttered.
“Well there’s a reason I chose Dauntless,” I retorted.
“How’re you gonna get out of this now?” he taunted.
I stayed still for a bit before an idea came to mind. Before I could talk myself out of it I did it. I leaned up and kissed Eric. He tensed up but then he gave in, I wanted this to last longer but I had a reason for doing this.
I used my legs to turn us over and I ended up on top of him. We stared at each other, both breathless from the kiss.
“Not bad Amity,” he praised me before crashing his lips to mine again.
This time I gave in without an ulterior motive. I felt his hands trail down my sides and to my hips, he sat up without breaking the kiss. I placed my hands on his broad shoulder and let them trail down his chest.
He moves away for my lips and to my jaw and neck. My hand go back to his shoulders and I tighten my grip a little when he finds my sweet spot. He grabs hold of me and lays me down so that he’s above me.
I look up at his lust blown eyes and he roughly kisses me. He pulls apart and moves down to my neck then collarbone, leaving a trail of kisses everywhere his lips touch. I feel his hands run up my body, lifting my shirt up as they go. By the time he moves from my collarbone my boobs are out in the open.
His mouth covers one of them while his hand massages the other. I tried to hold in the noises threatening to come out but he lightly bit my nipple and I let it out. I felt him smirk against my boob, he moved on to the other one and this time I didn’t hold back.
His hands started trailing down south, and he started tugging on my sweats. I lifted my hips off the floor and he pulled them right off. He moved up towards me and pulled me into another rough, lust filled kiss and just like that he slid into me.
I moaned into the kiss, giving him more space to roam. I gripped his shoulders harder, leaving marks on his skin. He gave me time to adjust to him, he broke the kiss instead fixating on my neck. After a bit of time I started to move my hips and just like that he started an unrelenting pace.
I was a moaning mess underneath him, never thought I would be here, I thought to myself. “Eric,” I moaned. “I’m c-close,” I managed to get out.
With a grunt he came inside of me and not soon after I joined him. He rolled over and lay down next to me.
“I thought we were suppose to be training,” I chuckled.
“We were,” he got up and fixed his clothes, I did the same a while after.
“Same time tomorrow?” I walk over and jump on his back.
“Same time tomorrow,” he grabs my legs and holds me up.
“Well I was right about one thing,” I say.
“And what’s that?” he questions.
“We’re gonna be real close by the time graduation comes,” I laugh.
“For once you may be right Amity,” he says with a small smile.
I smile and plant a kiss on his cheek, then place my head between his neck and shoulder.

Summary: Reader is an Amity transfer at the same time as Eric and he teases her constantly but one night he finds her in the training room and takes it upon himself to help her.

We were in the training room, throwing knives, lo and behold Eric comes around.
“You’re not doing it right Amity,” he taunts.
“Go away Erudite,” I retort, throwing again and missing.
“I’m Dauntless now,” he said proudly.
“You’re not Dauntless or Erudite,” you say back to him. “You’re an initiate just like me.”
“I’m nothing like you, because unlike you I’ll make it to Dauntless,” he sneers.
I put the knives I’m holding back and walk out of the room holding in the tears threatening to fall out.
I sat near the Chasm. It wasn’t the best spot but it was quiet and away from the others. I stayed here with nothing but my thoughts.
I knew I could make it in Dauntless, I didn’t come here to fail.
I just need to train harder.
I got up from my spot and passed the other initiates coming out of the training room, most likely going to dinner but I kept walking. I didn’t notice Eric looking at me and drifting away from the group.
I walked into the room and went to the punching bags and start hitting them.
I didn’t regret my choice. Not one bit. No sir.
No matter how much Coulter bothered me there was no way I was going to let it get to me.
I will pull through. I will get better! I deserve to be here!
“You’re from is all wrong,” I hear to oh so familiar voice of Mr. I hate you.
“What do you want Eric?” I snapped.
“Calm down princess, I’m here to help,” he comes closer and stands behind me.
“I don’t need your help,” I step away from him but he wraps an arm around my torso to keep me in place. “Let me go Eric,” I try to get out of his hold to no avail.
“Come on princess, you can’t even get out of my hold,” he throw me over his shoulder and heads somewhere in the room. “You need my help,” he says as he gently puts me down on the mats.
I cross my arms on my chest and glare at him in defiance.
Eric holds out his arms inviting me to attack him and I do.
I run to him but he easily knocks me down. “Maybe if you weren’t so peaceful,” he taunted.
I narrowed my eyes at him and head butted him. He got off of me and I swung my leg and kicked him in the ribs, he stumbled but regained his balance and tackled me to the ground.
He hovered over me for a bit, “You broke my nose,” was all he said and his face broke out into a smile.
He pulled me up to stand with him and let his hand stay on my hip. “Meet me here during dinner, three times a week and I’ll train you.”
“Why?” I ask looking up at him. “You taunt me all the time, belittle me and make me doubt myself and now all of a sudden you want to help me?” I look at him suspiciously.
“I picked on you because you’re an Amity transfer but you kept on pushing even when I belittled you. You have potential and I want to help you refine that potential,” he ended.
“You know I thought you were just a big mean guy but really you’re a giant teddy bear under all that ‘bad boy’ facade,” I tilt my head looking him up and down.
“Shut it Amity,” he says turning and walking towards the doors.
I look after him before deciding to push my limits. I quietly run up behind him and jump on his back, “Admit it you’re a giant teddy bear,” I whisper in his ear.
“What are you doing? Get off of me,” he said but the fact that he placed his hands under my thighs said otherwise.
“You know, I think we’re gonna be best friends,” I said cheerily.
“I doubt it,” he replied as we left the room and to the last minutes of dinner.
