Yo!
If anyone knows anything about an author named Jinora Haylen… how? Do you know anything about her?
Like… how?
Ok! Im determined now:
Something is going on in this city and im going to get to the bottom of it.
If anyone
Anyone at all in the greater AC area has… similar stories of strange pseudo… occult things happening… DM me…
Lets find some answers Amity City
Ok!
Turns out the Asylum is like… pretty old, founded by Alan Richter and Dr.Aiden Kesler
Richter was admitted to his own asylum after seemingly snapping from the job pressure.
Since then the asylum has belonged to the Kesler family.
Some… really unsavory people have been admitted to their care, including Arthur Hastings… that Arthur Hastings.
I did also notice… something strange in the construction photos. A man in a long black coat with a wide… familiar… smile
Im gonna give them a call to ask about the patient who wants to speak to me…
Since im at work i might as well look into the asylum right?
Like… since im all ready surrounded by books i might as well riiiiight?
Im watching them set up for the Lamplighter festival right now.
If youre not from Amity City heres the basic concept: all of our streetlights are built right next to the original gas lamps that the city put in when it was being built.
For one night the city keeps the street lights off and five 16 year old kids from each borough are chosen to be lamp lighters and race across their borough lighting street lamps.
The city sets up a bunch of night markets and other stuff and people stay up all night or until the candles go out.
As a lamplighter myself (Maidenbridge 1228) its always been one of my favorite celebrations we do. The way the candles light up the streets is just so peaceful
So… you know how earlier i was talking about the soldier statues on the train station roof? One of them…
I swear on my life one of them just moved…
Not like a trick of the light convinced my eyes they moved but i swear i saw one step closer to the ledge. It didnt look like a soldier more like a large stone man with giant wings and horns.
When i blinked it took off into the air and vanished without a trace…
I may need to take a few days off work…
I think im losing it…
Right after i saw that i saw the same man with the same wide smile that i saw in the park and in the picture, he was standing on the street below staring up at me through the window, i swear i saw him
Im feeling unwell again
Its snowing again, gotta love Amity City in the winter.
Im watching snow fall on the Central Train Stations roof and onto those statues of soldiers on each of the corners and im feeling a little more at peace. Maybe i just got overly excited yesterday…
Im at work and decided to look in to the history of Hatbridge park. It took me a while to find a useful book but i did find something.
Hatbridge Park was made in about 1127, and the fountain in the square was one of the first things they built. No idea if people normally just… vanish into it.
I did find something interesting though… a picture from the construction of the park had a man standing in the background… he looked strangely familiar…
Like ive seen him everyday and yet never noticed his face…
